First of all we need to know "why do we sleep at night?''
Answer is: Sleeping is naturally a storing process of your body. What you eat, what you learn, whatever work you completed entire day, whatever exercise you did. Now you need to take rest, gaining muscles and repairing of body. I know you must get a question mark in your mind that "what is the need of storing knowledge once you have taken in day time it?".The need is that sleep provide an opportunity to body to repair and rejuvenate itself and sending your entire knowledge into subconscious part of brain where data stores. Sleep serves to "restore" what losts in the body while we are awake. Such as you did exercise and you lost will power and also get tired. Same as when you install or download apps, music, videos in phone and use your mobile for long hours then it gets heated then you make cool your mobile phone by the function "Restart" or "Shut Down". If you have not slept from 2 days then you will be messed up and even not able to learn a new single thing.





MELATONIN
What is that one function happen in your body that remind you to sleep and helps in sleeping.Your brain makes a chemical called MELATONIN that makes you sleepy at same time at night and even in afternoon according to your sleeping habit and when your body need rest.Yes melatonin also begins to produce according to your habit once you did make habit weather is "Wrong" or "bad" for you. Chemical Melatonin takes important part in levels of sleep in every individual life, Some brain which are healthy means healthy humans produce more melatonin and sleep enough and wake up with more energy and while on the other side some brain not able to produce enough sleeping chemical therefore do not get enough deep sleep therefore they are likely to get frustrated, become unsatisfied about sleep and wake up next day tired with drained energy. This habit is found much usual in young generations because of their atomic habits they repeat all day long.
This is the main factor of not getting enough sleep or unsatisfied sleep. To incrementation in your sleep quality you need to know what kind of habits reduce sleeping chemical production and how to optimize it.

 
  How to increase melatonin and get better sleep?
  • To increase the quality of sleep by producing more melatonin in your body. lets take a glimpse on the different levels of sleep through this you will get to know about your routine problem. Then you can easily find out the way which will alter your unsatisfied sleep into a smoother, deeper and satisfied sleep. 


LEVELS OF SLEEP
  • Understanding how and why sleep cycle is important in order to maintain a healthy mind and body.Lets take your one night process. See if you decide to go for sleep and lay down on the bed that time you are at the level 1 means you still waking up.
  • level 2 comes called Light Sleep here you are still in half wakefulness, this level is common for both healthy or unhealthy people. 
  • Next is Level 3 called Deep Sleep .This is very important level for human to getting fresh soul next day but unfortunately sad news that mostly people not able to get into this level nowadays just because of lack of MELATONIN. Actually this is the stage where you feel lost, feel free, without any weight, into a new world and your body goes to heal, rejuvenate an you get charged up for next day. Without this stage you are not able to see dream comfortably if you see dream without entirely go into level 3 then you still not having satisfied sleep even you would not feel freshy next morning.
Level 4 is REM(Red Eye Moment) Sleep. I hope you are familiar with it because this is the final stage of sleep when your pupils run left to right under close eyes (you can see by looking your siblings when they sleep and eyes move left to right) I know you need and you want it. REM is final the stage of dreaming while sleeping and runs until you wake up or being awaken by other outside force( Human). But this stage is weak when less melatonin produce in your body and this is a common symptoms.
Unhealthy brain which produce less melatonin is not able to get advantage of  REM level because that time his/her body mostly stay in light sleep even during the time of REM stage. Here you dreams but not deeply if anybody would touch you or calls you by your name then brain easily senses that someone talking about you or calling you then wake up immediately due to lack of melatonin in your body therefore you do not satisfied by sleep.


SYMPTOMS OF LESS MELATONIN

  1. Restless Leg during sleep
  2. Sleep Problems
  3. Changes in Mood
  4. Change arm sides many times during sleep
  5. Feel laziness and annoyed in day
  6. Hear outside voices during sleep (when body produce less melatonin because of some factors so thousands of neurons do not take rest it means your body still waking up but not enough to move,in this situation your brain response to outer voices so you are not able to get deep sleep,you feel tired and unsatisfied every morning) 
  7. wake up suddenly when somebody touch  you
  8. Depression 

Finally the main question comes.

HOW TO INCREASE MELATONIN AND GET SMOOTH SLEEP?



In the market melatonin comes in shape of pills but i am not going to suggest for it. Pill can do side effects in your body even though it is not permanent solution. lets get natural and permanent solution.

SOLUTION IS YOUR DAILY HABIT
  1. Exercise daily
  2. Evaluate your room (design your sleep environment to establish the conditions you need to sleep.Your bedroom should be cool).
  3. Sleep on a comfortable mattress and pillows.
  4. Wind down (your body needs time to shift into sleep mode,so spend the last hours before bed doing a calming activity such as reading but paperback is must).
  5. Do not rest much in days (Sitting a lot and laying down on the bed in days using phone gives you rest and at night you feel bore and yawn)
  6. Stick to a sleep schedule of the same bedtime and wake up time.( changing time of sleep disturb melatonin producing schedule and even brain though it can be harmful for you)
  7. Take break on weekends( not to sleep on weekends deprive your sleep cycle 
  8. Drink Milk ( Lack of Calcium also sign less melatonin it is the reason our parents tell you to drink milk)
  9. Do not use phone before bed (Mobile screen contains blue light to make screen bright and this blue effect harm your eyes reduce melatonin if you work late night at screens then must use night mode in phone)
  10. Stay Happy

  2. Hey man ...I really struggle with my sleep . REM sleep is a terrible thing in my life but I don't know how to deal with this . I've tried so many ways to find a real sleep every nights . I close my eyes, but I'm not in a deep sleeping. I can hear anything happened around me as I'm waking up .but now everything will be alright ...coz now the solutions to this problem has been found .. now I'll definitely try to use the solutions ... This blog helped me so much .thank you so much....
